Adults Being Offensive Towards Adult Cartoon Television Shows

Audiences getting offended by adult cartoon tv shows.

Adults Cartoons like South Park, Family Guy, and The Boondocks are the offending a certain audience. The Boondocks was going to be off-air due to the same reason as other adult cartoon tv shows, but the only reason that really target the Boondocks it a black shows.  Television was willing to keep South Park and Family Guy on air. Both televisions show talk about religions, sexism, and many other inappropriate things. Television is not doing much about it. All television due has the episodes band and tells people to censor without any problem, but not having the show taking off the air. They will keep the tv show up and running. but if it was the  Boondocks it will be a huge problem for the audience because it is too offensive.

The audience didn’t understand that The Boondocks was just to make people laugh, wake people up about what’s going on in the world, bring out black entertainment, basically being honest about everything. Boondocks was not alone when it came to be offensive. In the summer of 2010, the Boondocks had aired an episode on television where they were making fun of Tyler Perry. Season 3  Episode 8 “Pause" Mocking Tyler Perry character by being a crossdresser and singing about it saying "It Is Okay To Be A Crossdresser". Tyler Perry decided to sue Aaron McGruder the creator of The Boondocks.  Another part of the episode when they air a comedy called " Ma Duke to mock Madea. The networks were going in on the Boondocks, but there were adult cartoon shows that are a lot worse than the boondocks.

South Park is a known adult cartoon tv show to be sexist, racist, discriminate, and other offensive sayings, but never been sued, but celebrities try to sue Trey Parker for making fun of people to religion. Many episodes have been abandoned due to being too offensive South Park does a lot of conspiracies and the tv show does not care who they offended especially when it comes to celebrities.  South Park does have to do a lot of censorship when it comes to their adult television show, but even though some of the episodes have been censored it became so offensive and inappropriate that the episode has to be banned. Remember Episode 200, one of the episodes was banned because of mocking and saying offensive things about different religions. Episode 200 shows each religion as a superhero basically the gods that each religion worships. South Park showed the religion gods or gods in previous episodes, but this one just was too much for tv. When they decided to make one episode about the religion god. South Park knew it was going inappropriate for tv even if censorship.

Audiences that love watching Family Guy know they are huge on offending people with inappropriate jokes, racism, stereotypes, anything that is not appropriate to the viewers are going to see on television. Seth MacFarlane the creator of Family Guy. The tv show has got the company Fox sued due to copyrights, making fun of people, and other things. Few episodes of Family had talked about transgender people. The audience talks about how the cartoon tv show is very transphobic. In one of the episodes, Peter had gone to a restaurant to eat, decided to go to the bathroom and came out as a transgender woman, because the lines were shorter. Another one when Quagmire's Dad was transgender The television show was bad about mocking transgender and being stereotypical. In the episodes, there were some apologies to the transgender characters in the television shows but still became offensive to the audience.

  1. I can totally agree with the fact that Adult cartoon sometimes forget that young children may have access to watch shows they may not understand. I have personally watched each one of those shows are can agree sometime they go a little far.
